Oke banget nih, buat yang suka cape n kelelahan, badan tidak fit, coba beli lengkuas n temulawak potong iris2 sebanyak 2 ibu jari, kemudian rebus, dgn 3 gelas air, rebus sampai airnya 1 gelas, minum sewaktu hangat. Anda akan merasakan sendiri khasiatnya.
